1. Meet with Frank, your Buyer’s Agent. He will go over the Buying strategy and get the process started.
2. If you are a first time buyer or just want to buy a larger home, you will need to set up a meeting with your Bank or Mortgage Broker to arrange a Pre-Approved Mortgage. This will help us determine what type of property to consider.
3. Know what you are looking for in a new home so I can assess and find the home that will fit your needs and budget.
4. We will arrange viewing appointments for homes that meet your needs.
5. The Presentation of an Offer, this will be with any conditions you may have, such as a home inspection and a closing date.
6. Select a Real Estate Lawyer that will aid you with your home purchase and closing, protecting you and your new investment.
7. Perform your own personal home inspection when you take possession to confirm your closing conditions were all met.
8. Close on your property and enjoy your new home.
